What was the last piece of Star Wars media you consumed?

Just to get some conversation going:

Name the last Star Wars thing you have "experienced"? (I dwelled on what word to use for far too long. Experience? Alright, whatever).

Whether it was a book, a movie, a game, a song, a toy, a Star Wars themed cocktail? Maybe you recently dried off with a Yoda towel? Threw away a Star Wars themed fidget-spinner? Anything goes.

And then also, how did you like it? Would you recommend it?

I just watched The Phantom Menace with my kids and we all rather enjoyed it.

Other than the latest episodes of SWM it would be my second cinema viewing of The Rise of Skywalker which was on release day here in England, despite having already been to the midnight viewing with some friends and then doing a full day at work before hand I enjoyed it immensely as I got to take my two oldest sons who both loved it.

I spent way too long making a Babu Frik gif to use in text messages because my iPhone doesn't have one in the library as of today.

I've been playing Jedi Fallen Order, which I've been enjoying quite a bit. The most recent mission was to help Saw Gerrera find Captain Tarfful on Kashyyyk!

As a complement to the Rogue 1 coverage, I broke my "no EU" habit and I started reading Catalyst. It's not bad. Though I have wonder at the knowledge dichotomy; on one hand, scientists in the book seem to know a lot about the properties of Kyber crystals, but at the same time the book goes to great lengths to tell us how jealously the Jedi guarded all information about the crystals. I am envisioning Shaak Ti standing at the mouth of some cave giving some explorers the stink eye.

At any given time the answer is most likely to be Seagulls Stop It Now

I'm currently re-listening to (re-experiencing?) the radio drama of "Star Wars Episode IV Dash The Motion Picture Colon A Rogue One Story". Sure, it's a little cheesy and the dialogue compensating for lack of visuals is pretty (ma)clunky but it's really enjoyable. There's loads of extra characterisation and back story. It was all Lucas-approved (to some extent).

I'm listening to this version on YouTube. It's got all of the 13 episodes cut together with the intros and closing credits cut out:

At just under 5 hours it might be one for a cross-country roadtrip. There's almost an hour of story before you get to the opening scene of "The Star Wars Chronicles Chapter 4 The Skywalker Endeavour". Much fun! :D
